Whatever.

At the end of his probationary period, unless otherwise noted, is assumed that finished successfully. It is not mandatory for them to give you any kind of letter or contract done.

But even if you have a permanent employee, has no rights to employment after having been employed for one year, even though they completed their internship. But it can not just pocket for no reason.

Did you copy one of your first contract? (must!) When you see the agreement on what to do about the probation, then read. If you fill out another contract, then go to an appointment with your employer in advance with the new contract.
